1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://meg111.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized views, and any associated applications.
• "Company" or "meg111" means the internationally licensed entity that owns, operates, and maintains the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or places a wager.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and residency verification process mandated under our international licensing obligations.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failure, government action, or power outage.

2 Eligibility

To open an Account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing this Platform is not unlawful under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of access in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by meg111 or by any third-party responsible gaming authority.
4. You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any commercial entity in connection with your use of the Platform.

meg111 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending further review.

3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and Balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK where applicable), residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

As part of our KYC obligations under our international licence, meg111 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing your first withdrawal or if your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card / KTP, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your name and BCA / BRI / BNI / Mandiri / OVO / DANA account details)

Documents must be submitted in clear digital format. meg111 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer / virtual account) and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. No foreign currency conversion fees are charged by meg111; any conversion cost imposed by your bank or payment provider is outside our control and is your responsibility.

Minimum Deposit: Rp 20.000 for standard bank transfers and e-wallets, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless prior written approval from our support team is obtained.

Withdrawal Processing Times: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours for verified Accounts during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Gold-tier VIP members receive priority processing within 30 minutes; Platinum-tier members receive near-instant processing. Processing times may be extended during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

meg111 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers anti-money-laundering (AML) thresholds under our licensing obligations. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be suspended pending investigation, during which time the relevant Account Balance will be frozen.

Deposits made in error (e.g., duplicate transfers) must be reported to our support team within 24 hours. meg111 will use reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous deposits; however, the Company cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred to incorrect third-party account numbers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the Bonus Balance or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published on the applicable promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to fulfilment of the Wagering Requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Eligibility is based on unique identity (NIK / Passport number), device, and payment method.
• meg111 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Active Wagering Requirements will be honoured for 72 hours following any modification.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers through hedging strategies, systematic low-risk wagering patterns, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their Account suspended.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All games offered on the Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, poker), sports betting (football bandar bola / sportsbook), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting arena) — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant product page.

For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; any change will be displayed and your acceptance of the revised odds is required before the bet is placed.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) require a minimum of three selections. Full mix parlay rules including void-leg treatment are available on the sportsbook rules page.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to faster odds movement. meg111 is not liable for delays caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side during live betting.
• Settlement of bets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, the league administrator for BRI Liga 1 fixtures). Abandoned matches are settled as void unless 90 minutes of regular time have been completed.

All gaming outcomes for casino and slot products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP (Return to Player) rates are published within each game's information panel. meg111 does not manipulate game outcomes; certified audit reports are available on request.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error are void and will be removed from your Balance
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or otherwise attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or for channelling funds derived from illegal sources
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's technology, content, or data feeds
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward meg111 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology to disguise your true location

meg111 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes. Any Account reasonably suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, with all associated Balances frozen pending investigation. The Company's determination in such matters is final.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game assets, data feeds, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of meg111 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised commercial use of meg111 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meg111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or internet service provider
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Any technical malfunction in third-party game software supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, or any other content provider

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by meg111's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

meg111 processes personal data — including your name, identity document details, residential address, transaction history, and device information — for purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Your data is handled in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles and is never sold to third-party marketing entities.

11 Responsible Gaming

meg111 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player-protection tools, which are available free of charge and can be activated immediately upon request to our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts to control how long you play in a single sitting.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month beyond which the system will prevent further wagers.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

12 Account Termination

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no pending withdrawal reviews.

Termination by meg111: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against the Company
• Provision of false information during registration or KYC
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement

Where an Account is terminated by meg111 due to a verified breach, any Balance held in the Account — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. The Player retains the right to request an internal review of any such decision within 14 days by contacting our support team.

13 Amendments

meg111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which meg111 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to meg111's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of written notification, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
